the first handbag in each order Usually all orders in the U.S. are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail. Abagshop.com may facilitate other means of shipping, if necessary. RETURN POLICY Returns must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. You must obtain a Return Authorization number and write it outside the return box. Click here to request an RA number. Returns with no RA number will be refused. Allow 10 - 15 days for credits to be posted to your account. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Packages that are refused on delivery will be treated as returns and will be subject to 15% restocking fee. |
